Hi, I’m Justice!
The 24-year-old behind Anchored Body, a new approach to travel centered around movement, wellness, and connection. To put me simply: I love fitness, healthy living, traveling, and being on the water. Anchored Body is my way of bringing all of those things together into one experience.
I'm a true globetrotter at heart who thrives on the allure of a new city and the quiet of a lesser-known trail. But for years, I faced a recurring frustration: I would set off on a travel escapade and feel my fitness habits slowly fade into the background as each day passed, completely disconnecting from the routines that make me feel my best. I grew tired of having to choose between seeing the world and staying healthy. I began to wonder, what if I didn’t have to choose at all?
Anchored Body was created around that question: a way to fully unplug, explore, and enjoy, while still staying connected to a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

Gone are the days of arriving home from a trip feeling like you’ve set your progress back by months. We believe you shouldn’t have to sacrifice your momentum for a plane ticket. At Anchored Body, we focus on the art of the "mix" by seamlessly weaving intentional fitness and nourishing, healthy eating with the deep rest and recovery that a true vacation requires. It’s a fitness retreat designed for those who lead an active lifestyle and want to sustain it, no matter where they are in the world.
