The Retreat

First Retreat Launches Sept/Oct 2026 in the Mediterranean.

Spend a week at sea aboard a sailing catamaran, moving with the rhythm of the ocean, waking up with the sunrise, and spending your days blending fitness, rest, good food, and exploration in some of the world’s most beautiful waters. A week designed to help you feel strong, grounded, and fully present again.

Aboard Anchored Body

More than a boat, the catamaran is your floating home for the week. A dining room, yoga space, living room, and gathering place all in one. It’s where movement happens, meals are shared, conversations unfold, and the rhythm of the week comes together.

More Than A Boat

Thoughtfully shared cabins designed for comfort, simplicity, and rest after full days on the water. Cabins and bathrooms are shared with one other guest, creating a cozy, community-oriented living experience. Fall asleep to the gentle rock of the waves and wake up surrounded by the sea.

Your Sanctuary

Healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring. Each day, we come together to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner with fresh, nourishing ingredients, making food part of the experience. Expect classic, tasty dishes with a touch of local flavor, good company, and snacks throughout the day.

Our Kitchen & Table

A Glimpse Into Your Day At Sea

Our captain sets sail bright and early toward a new anchorage. Guests ease into the morning slowly, gathering in the kitchen for a warm drink and conversation before moving into a group fitness session: yoga, Pilates, or a guided workout on deck. Afterward, we come together to prepare breakfast and share a relaxed, communal start to the day.

Morning

As we sail, there’s time to swim, dive, and take in the open water before arriving at our next anchorage. Once settled, we head ashore to explore, often through coastal hikes or time spent running around the island we’re anchored near. Lunch is simple, sometimes enjoyed onboard or along the way.

Midday

We return to the boat for a slower pace, swimming, resting, or simply being in the water as the day softens into late afternoon.

Afternoon

Evening

As the sun begins to set, we gather again for a shared dinner prepared together. Evenings are slow and intentional: watercolor painting, journaling, music, or conversation as the sky fades into night over the water.
